Robert Novembre

Robert graduated from Boston University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations/Economics Track. Additionally, Robert graduated in 1998 from Fordham University with a Masters in Business Administration in Finance/International Business designation. Robert started his career in 1991 at Smith Barney Harris Upham's Fixed Income department, which eventually became Citigroup. Robert spent the first 18.5 years of his career in finance at Citigroup. Starting in a position focusing on trade support for sales and trading, he quickly moved to the trading desk as a generalist. Initially, he covered Certificate of Deposit, Commercial Paper, Auction Rate Securities (ARS), Variable Rate Demand Bonds and municipal notes. Always operating on the sales and trading side of the business, in 1996 he became the second in command for the ARS syndicate and trading desk. In March 2002, Robert took over as the head of ARS syndicate and trading desks. He was responsible for growing and managing Citi's ARS portfolio from approximately $22 billion to $72 billion by 2007. In 2007, he was named the head of all short-term tax-exempt syndicate and trading as well as the head of the tax-exempt and taxable ARS portfolio. In 2008, he also assumed a co-manager role for the institutional sales desk while continuing management of the syndicate and trading desks. Robert resigned from Citigroup as a Managing Director in October 2009 to accept a position at Arbor Research and Trading. He is currently a Managing Director responsible for creating and now managing municipal bond sales, trading and remarketing. Robert's department covers tax-exempt and taxable municipal along the entire curve. Robert is also a founder and currently serving as a Co-President for Trident Municipal Research.

Ken Kollar

Ken Kollar has 14 years of experience within Capital Markets at Citigroup. While at Citigroup, Ken was a Director and Senior Auction Rate Trader managing the day to day trading aspects of Citigroup's entire $72 billion Auction Rate Securities (ARS) portfolio. In addition, Ken worked with various Banking Departments and Syndicate Groups for the placement of new ARS issuance, which totaled approximately $5 billion annually. Ken's deep understanding of Auction Rate Securities structures and mechanics provided valuable contributions to Citigroup's well respected dominance as a market leader. Prior to becoming a Senior ARS Trader, Ken held positions within the Capital Markets Division ranging from Vice President Retail Sales Liaison of Short Term Products, Assistant Vice President Trade Support covering Taxable Commercial Paper, ARS, Tax Exempt Municipal Notes and Retail Brokered Certificates of Deposits. Before entering into the Capital Markets environment, Ken started his financial career as a Research Associate within Smith Barney's Equity Research Division. Ken graduated from New York Institute of Technology in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration / Finance. He joined Arbor Research & Trading in November 2009.

Jason Hannon, CFA, CFP

Jason graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a concentration in Economics. Jason earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2007 and successfully completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program in 2010. Starting his career as a summer intern, Jason was immediately recruited into Vanguard's Analyst & Client Engagement (ACE) Leadership Development Program in 2005. During his 18-months in the program, Jason rotated through various business units inside Vanguard including Brokerage, Business Development, Institutional Asset Management and Fixed-Income Trading. After completion of the ACE Program, Jason moved full-time to the Vanguard Municipal Fixed-Income Trading desk. Jason was the primary Trader for Vanguard's California and Pennsylvania Money Market Funds, with approximately $8 billion in assets under management. Jason resigned from Vanguard as Trader in April 2010 to accept a position at Arbor Research & Trading. He is currently a Senior Trader in the Municipal Trading Department responsible for trading Tax-Exempt Municipals, Taxable Municipals and Build America Bonds (BABs). Jason trades in all points of the yield curve, while his primary focus is in the intermediate and long end of the curve. His business is focused on the institutional client, such as mutual funds, insurance companies and pension funds. Additionally, he has been working with Arbor's European offices to expand an effort to build out taxable and BAB distribution to international clients.

Theresa Gallagher

Theresa has over two decades of experience previously working for Citigroup. For 12 of those years she was a Managing Director and Global Department Head of Short Term Securities. Theresa led a team of 85 professionals focusing on origination, trading and sales of a variety of products including municipal floaters, municipal notes, tender option bonds, Auction Rate Securities, FDIC-insured certificates of deposit, loan notes, commercial paper and short term corporate bonds. Based on her years of experience in the short-term sector, Theresa acts as a Senior Consultant focused on the Clarity ATS initiative in her current role with Arbor Research & Trading. Theresa received an MBA from Fordham University and her bachelor's from Douglass College, Rutgers University.
