Jim Bianco: All of this will be decided by the Lisa Cook case. Any week now we should get the decision. The oral arguments were in January. And the questioning by the justices suggests that Trump ability to fire Fed Governors will be severely limited. But often the tone and type of question a justice asks does not always suggest how they will rule. So, we’ll have to wait for the ruling.
